Chemistry 12-Acids and Bases: Feb 7-Mar 12

Thurs  Mar 12:
We wrote the Acids and Bases unit test

March Break- no homework

Tues  Mar 10:
We took up the homework on Buffers and titration.  Then we started Redox unit with a new package, covering oxidation numbers and balancing.

Fri  Mar 6:
Lesson wrapped up Titration (p.  18)  and Buffers (14).  We did the Hydrolysis of salts lab and lab quiz.  Some multiple choice acids and bases questions were given for practice.

 Wed Mar 4:
Lab quiz was returned.  Lesson covered Titration (p.  16-17)  and Buffers (p. 13-14)

Tues Feb 11:
Equilibrium Test written

Finish Acid-Base Neutralization questions #1-4 on p. 2 of new package.

Fri Feb 7:
We started Acids and Bases package (p. 1-2)
homework:
Prepare for Equilibrium Test next class.  You will need a standard Math calculator.
